Meditation

is this the answer to many of the problems of modern day life? Meditate and be calm could be a mantra for modern day living. Meditation and Mindfulness are becoming more and more popular as people look for ways to become more resilient.

"Suppose you read about a pill that you could take once a day to reduce anxiety and increase your contentment. Would you take it? Suppose further that the pill has a great variety of side effects, all of them good: increased self-esteem, empathy, and trust; it even improves memory. Suppose, finally, that the pill is all natural and costs nothing. Now would you take it? The pill exists. It is meditation." The Happiness Hypothesis by Jonanthan Haidt

Stress Management

Learning how to meditate can transform your life and the life of others. Today more and more people are becoming interested in learning how to meditate. Stress is a huge problem in today's frantic world and one of the best antidotes to stress is to be found in the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
